Will Nikl is a long time Victoria resident and multiple MLS Award winning Realtor. Will Nikl moved to Victoria from Greater Vancouver in 2003 after graduating from BCIT’s Marketing Management & Commercial Real Estate program. Will was drawn by the beauty of Victoria, and the easy going nature of it’s residents. Continuing his studies in Victoria, he attended Camosun College and later earned a degree at The University of Victoria. Will Nikl’s philosophy is to serve as an advisor. Understanding the market and getting to know needs of his client, he works alongside them, helping as they reach their home and property goals. Mark Bell is an established, award winning Victoria Realtor. Mark relocated from Vancouver in 2006 to attend the University of Victoria, where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and then worked for several years in Intensive Care. Mark found a new passion in Real Estate in 2018, and quickly realized that there was a lot about the business that he appreciated, mostly connecting with clients and focusing on building relationships that last beyond the transaction. Nicole Woods is an administrative powerhouse with the highest dedication to customer service. Born and bred on the island, Nicole has over 20 years experience in project and property management, executive administration, and world-class guest services. She worked extensively in reservations and guest reception at the Wickaninnish Inn, Canada's #1 rated resort and spa, winning Employee of the Year during her time there. She further developed her customer management skills and commitment to the guest experience at Tofino Vacation Rentals, a local property management and vacation rental company. As construction coordinator for Dollar Financial Group, she oversaw a 150+ store expansion across Canada and the U.S., and later looked after Crown-owned buildings across Vancouver Island through SNC Lavalin. Passionate about her community, she's been an active member of the Foundation Board of Directors at Community Living Victoria and Santa’s Anonymous for the last 3 years. She's also the PAC president at her daughter's school. When she's not raising children or chickens, she's busy gardening and canning and generally loving the island life.
